During your interaction with the Food-Pedia Neural Network, we process the following data streams:

Email, authentication tokens, and regional culinary preferences used to calibrate the AI Chef.

Billing information processed exclusively via **Stripe**; Food-Pedia never stores raw credit card data.

All AI processing is performed on secured, encrypted instances. We do not use your personal recipes or discovery history to train public models without explicit, opt-in "Elite Contributor" status.

06International Data Transfers
While our headquarters are in Switzerland, we utilize global cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud) to ensure low-latency access to the Neural Network. Any data transfer outside of Switzerland or the EEA is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and high-level encryption mandates.
07Data Subject Rights
Under FADP, you maintain absolute sovereignty over your digital culinary profile. You may exercise your right to access, rectify, or definitively delete your account and all associated neural history. To execute a "Right to Erasure" mandate, please utilize the 'Finalize Deletion' tool in your account settings or contact our legal desk.
