01Contractual Relationship

By accessing or using the Food-Pedia platform, including our website, mobile application, and AI Neural Engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Mandate.

AI-driven mapping of ingredients and their chemical/flavor profiles.
Global Registry
Access to a proprietary database of over 100,000 unified culinary entries.
Automated Synthesis Disclaimer
Food-Pedia utilizes a ensemble of High-Resolution Large Language Models (including Gemini 3 and Claude 3.5 Sonnet) to synthesize culinary data. While we strive for "Platinum Standard" accuracy, AI-generated content (including recipes, beverage pairings, and nutritional estimates) may occasionally contain inaccuracies or "hallucinations." All technical data provided is for informational and inspirational purposes. Food-Pedia and its partners do not assume liability for the success, safety, or nutritional precision of the generated dossiers.
03Intellectual Sovereignty
The "Food-Pedia" brand, the underlying neural network architecture, the 3D Global Culinary Map, and the curated dataset of 100,000+ entries are the exclusive intellectual property of Food-Pedia. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this intelligence for personal or professional use, provided that automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or commercial redistribution of our dataset is strictly prohibited and actionable under Swiss and International law.
04Subscriptions & Neural Tiers
Access to Elite, Business, and institutional tiers is subscription-based. All payments are processed via **Stripe**. Billing cycles are recurring (Monthly or Annually) and can be managed directly through your Neural Dashboard. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under our "Fair Use" mandate. Prices are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
05Termination of Access
Food-Pedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without notice if we detect a breach of these Terms, including attempt to compromise our security nodes, fraudulent payment activity, or unauthorized use of our AI algorithms.
06Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of Food-Pedia are governed by the laws of **Switzerland**. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in **Geneva, Switzerland**.
